The Whisp skiff

The Whisp is a Steve Redmond design for a lightweight, cartoppable skiff that can be rowed, sailed, or propelled by a small electric trolling motor.  15'10" in length, the Whisp weighs in at 65lbs.

The Whisp is flat bottomed with flaring sides.  The entry is very fine, making it a fast boat.  The stern is transom ended, and the bottom is rockered at the stern to provide for a clean water return.
